Reliable place, overall clean, good value. Brand-new & good sized unit with an extra bed, a bath, as example. What a very nice stay, no complains at all.

It was a lovely welcoming and pretty standard hotel, no complaint, can't recommend highly enough. Everything was good, with pleasant and very welcoming staff, met what was needed. I liked the fairly quiet area and good location in safe area.

Lovely welcoming and pretty standard venue, incredible location so close to restaurants, industrial centre and the motorways, liked our stay. Guest room with a bath, had essentials required.

The breakfast was rich and extensive with a huge variety of meals to choose from.

The location was ideal - really close to great restaurant as well as shops and a selection of restaurants. The staff were attentive and reasonably good and helpful with requests. The breakfast in the morning was varied and complete with the orange juice and a coffee machine and pastries.

The staff were miserable, didn't expect that coming.

The place was perfectly clean and we loved double room. The breakfast selection was rich with pastries and yoghourt, as for instance. The location was magnificent - next to a sparse industrial park, a restaurant/cafeteria, and the Boulevard.

We were in a magnificent and perfect location just off restaurant in rain and wind, Santander and Bilbao and the ports of Santander.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were miserable.

Courteous staff and the place was clean. The hotel had a remote setting in a largely commercial though uncrowded area. Btw, went to the lake in the evening, it was 400 metres from the venue. The breakfast was varied and extensive and consisted of splendid meals.

Facilities were modern, even so Wi-Fi was very poor.

Warm and cozy room, perfect for a chilly May evening. We were grateful for the extra blankets provided by reception to keep us comfortable. Despite the temperature mishap, the hotel lived up to the cleanliness and affordability we expected from the chain. a good experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed this brand-new hotel for its quiet atmosphere and nice staff. The breakfast meal was rich and extensive with pastries, a coffee machine and yoghourt.

The hotel was good but well out of town in and around the industrial area. Perfect for a one night stay on way to Bilbao as it was close to the motorway. One point to note, the route given to the hotel from the A68 is missleading as it would appear that since the directions given have changed by changing the first roundabout into a junction, otherwise correct.

Comfortable overnight stop opposite a very good restaurant for dinner.

Impeccably clean place with attentive and useful staff. Varied and extensive breakfast for the value for the start of the day. Perfect and nice location in an industrial area away from the center. And close enough to the cafeteria / restaurant, southern spain to northern france and the motorways.
